Alexander Kliachkin

Alexander heads our Dispute Resolution practice and specializes in the following areas:

Dispute resolution & bankruptcy. Alexander has been involved in dispute resolution for over 19 years resolving a wide range of commercial disputes, primarily related to real estate, corporate relations, disputes arising out of lease, work, supply agreements, disputes over unauthorized constructions and many other categories of disputes. Alexander also represents clients in bankruptcy cases.

Alexander is one of the founders of the firm and has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to that, Alexander worked at another Russian law firm.

Alexander is a member of the Moscow City Bar Association.
