Anna Mokhova

Anna specializes in the following areas:

Mergers & acquisitions. Anna represents clients in M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial projects in a broad range of industries, including FMCG, telecommunications, real estate, financial and insurance sectors. Anna also advises clients on various other corporate matters.

Financing. Anna has been involved in a large number of bank finance transactions representing financial institutions and borrowers in financings in real estate, energy, oil and gas and other sectors.

Banking and payment infrastructure. Anna has considerable experience advising financing institutions and payment infrastructure companies on all aspects of their commercial and regulatory needs, including compliance with mandatory ratio and mandatory reserve, data protection, risk control and currency control requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.

Insurance. Anna advised insurers in connection with Russian insurance regulations, as well as advised insurers and insured with respect to insurance documentation. Anna was involved in development of standard insurance documentation for one of the largest Russian insurers.

Commercial law. Anna has advised on a wide range of various commercial contracts. In particular, Anna developed over 100 standard contracts for Nestle CIS operations, as well as standardized commercial contracts for a number of major Russian and foreign companies.

Before joining Salomons Anna worked in the Moscow office of White & Case (bank finance and corporate practices) for 10 years and further practiced law at Astralegal, a law firm that she founded.
