Anton Klyachin

Anton heads our Corporate / M&A practice and specializes in the following areas:

Private equity and venture capital investment. Anton is a recognized specialist in the private equity and venture capital investment with over 20 years' experience in this field.

Mergers & acquisitions. Anton has considerable experience in M&A advising clients on establishing companies with foreign investments, supporting investment transactions at all stages and implementing investment projects.

Anton also advises clients on wide range of other matters of Russian law, including project finance and issues related to establishment of investment funds and partnerships.

Prior to establishing our firm in 2006, Anton worked at Russian Technologies, a venture fund of Alfa group, and previously in the corporate practice of the Moscow office of White & Case and at Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners.
